Frame is constructed of aluminum tube and assembles with spigots or snap buttons. The standard fabric wrap uses a pillowcase construction with opaque liner. A dye-sublimatedgraphic is used as the standard outer layer. Actual sizes will be provided by project management when design is placed as an order. Additional exhibit elements, logistics, handling, installation of product are not includedunless otherwise noted. Individual requirements, options and custom requests will impactprice and terms. All structures comes with hanging hardware (individual 5' cables at appropriate locations)
The S-Curve Panel Shaped hanging banner offers a perfectly circular and flat surface for your graphics and messaging from anywhere on the event floor, and can be single or double-sided.Certified and guaranteed by a licensed structural engineer for use in most exhibit halls, Formulate Hanging Banners are constructed from a carefully crafted aluminum tube framework to create a rigid skeleton.The high quality, dye-sublimated fabric graphic is then stretched over it like a pillow case to form a large, smooth, eye-catching sign that can be seen from all over the event. All Kits Include: advanced aluminum structure-full set of hanging hardware, connectors and cabling-full-color, dye-sublimated printing of submitted artwork on fabric, with an opaque liner-copy of safety certification-step-by-step instructions. - C curve hanging structures come in 8’, 10’, 12’, 14’, 16’, 18’ & 20’ width configurations at varying heights of 2’, 3’, 4’, 5’ & 6’
- Shapes 12’ width and under are constructed with 30mm (11/8”) tubes and push-button connectors for simple assembly
- Shapes 14’ width and over are constructed with 50mm (2”) tubes and internal expanding spigot connectors for unmatched structural integrity
- Engineer certified (structural engineer certificate available upon request)
- Zippered pillowcase fabric graphic options include: unprinted (white and black), single-sided (outer panel printed only) and double-sided (inner and outer panels printed).
