We've ordered this product twice now. It looks great once installed, and we receive many compliments on it. However, each order has gone through 2 additional reprints (3 prints total) due to production errors. Customer service team is quick to respond, accommodating, and ensures we get the correct product. However, ultimately will need to plan to accommodate a week of reprints each order.
